Electrical Supervisor – Hyperscale Data Centre Project – Mons, Belgium

We are looking for an Electrical Supervisor with experience managing large site teams on major electrical packages, ideally in mission-critical or hyperscale environments. You’ll play a key role in ensuring quality, compliance, and coordination across multiple electrical systems — from containment and distribution to ELV, security, and fire protection.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, implement, and maintain the project Quality Plan and inspection/test plans in line with client specifications
• Communicate contractual quality requirements to site teams and support functions
• Work closely with the client on all quality-related matters, ensuring consistent communication and proactive issue resolution
• Review, audit, and monitor compliance with the Quality Plan, liaising with internal audit teams
• Lead the resolution of all quality issues at both management and supervisor level
• Coordinate the structured handover of all quality records to the client on a system-by-system basis
• Implement a structured approach to systems handover and project completion
• Supervise electrical personnel (teams of 30+), ensuring safe systems of work, quality installations, and adherence to programme deadlines

Candidate Profile:

• Electrical trade qualification or engineering degree in an electrical discipline
• Experience on data centre or other mission-critical projects highly desirable
• Familiar with security, fire alarm, lighting, small power, ELV, and containment systems
• Proven leadership skills managing large electrical teams (30+ operatives)
• Strong quality focus with the ability to manage inspections, testing, and compliance documentation
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively between client, site teams, and management
